SNOW MELTING ROOF STRUCTURAL BODY AND SNOW MELTING ROOF STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting roof structural body by which installation work of a snow melting roof can be performed by laying plural snow melting structural bodies with adhesion means and the like on a metal roof material because the snow melting roof structural body is formed by integrally forming four members including a solar cell module, a panel member, a heater and a heat insulation material in a laminated state, thereby the laying work of the snow melting roof structural bodies at the construction site can be performed easily and efficiently.SOLUTION: A snow melting roof structural body M is arranged on the upper surface of a metal roof material R of a metal shingle roof, and has a structure in which: a solar cell module 2 for converting sunlight into electric energy is firmly fixed on the upper surface of a long panel member 1; the upper surface of a heater 3 is arranged on the bottom surface of the panel member; an insulation material 4 is arranged on the bottom surface of the heater; three members including the panel member, the heater and the heat insulation material, are integrally formed by a holding member 5; and four members including the solar cell module, the panel member, the heater and the heat insulation material, are integrally formed in a laminated state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】融雪屋根構造体は、太陽電池モジュール、パネル部材、発熱ヒータ及び断熱材の四部材が層状に一体に形成されているから、複数個の融雪屋根構造体を接着手段等により金属屋根材上に敷設することで融雪屋根工事を行うことができ、建築現場における融雪屋根構造体の敷設作業を容易に行うことができて融雪屋根工事を容易かつ能率的に行うことができる。【解決手段】金属板葺き屋根の金属屋根材Rの上面に配設される融雪屋根構造体Mであって、長尺状のパネル部材1の上面に太陽光を電気エネルギーに変換する太陽電池モジュール2が固着され、パネル部材の底面に発熱ヒータ3の上面が配置され、発熱ヒータの底面には断熱材4が配置され、パネル部材、発熱ヒータ及び断熱材の三部材は保持部材5で一体に形成され、太陽電池モジュール、パネル部材、発熱ヒータ及び断熱材の四部材は層状に一体に形成されている。【選択図】図5
