WOODEN FRAMEWORK STRUCTURE AND ROD-LIKE SUPPORT BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain especially large wooden framework structure with high strength and high durability by using widely used lumber.SOLUTION: A wooden framework structure 11 is formed by connecting a rod-like vertical member 12 and a horizontal member 13. A special rod-like support body 15 is used for the vertical member 12 and the horizontal member 13. The rod-like support body 15 is formed into a rod shape with rectangle cross section by using: two parallel wires 51; an intermediate material 52 disposed between these wires; a face bar 53, which blocks a space partitioned by the intermediate material 52 between the wires 51; and a long support body element 15a, which has a frame material 54 that pinches the face bar 53 by butting an end face of the face bar 53 against lateral faces of the wire 51 and the intermediate material 52 at both sides of outer peripheral edge of the face bar 53 and is fixed to the wire 51 and the intermediate material 52. The wooden framework structure 11 is formed by connecting the vertical material 12 and the horizontal material 13 so that the end face of the horizontal material 13 butts against the lateral face of a joint part between vertical materials 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】広く使用されている木材を使用して、高強度・高耐久の、特に大型の木造軸組構造が得られるようにする。【解決手段】棒状の垂直材12と水平材13を接合して構成される木造軸組構造11において、垂直材12と水平材13に、特別の棒状支持体15を使用する。棒状支持体15は、平行な2本の線材51と、これらの線材間に介在された中間材52と、線材51間における中間材52で区切られる空間を塞ぐ面材53と、面材53の外周縁の両面において面材53の端面を線材51及び中間材52の側面に当接させて面材53を挟んで線材51及び中間材52に対して固定される枠材54を有した長尺の支持体要素15aを用いて断面方形の棒状に形成される。そして垂直材12と水平材13を、水平材13の端面を垂直材12同士の継手部分の側面に当接した状態で接合して、木造軸組構造11を形成する。【選択図】図1
