WINDOW GLASS LIFTING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window glass lifting device for a vehicle capable of quickly stopping the movement of a window glass.SOLUTION: A window glass lifting device 100 for a vehicle includes a change mechanism 5 which changes path length of a wire 33 by switching between a restriction state in which a tensile force is imparted to the whole region of the wire 33 arranged between a drive part 2 and a carrier plate 32, and a release state in which one part of the wire 33 arranged between the drive part 2 and the carrier plate 32 is released from the imparted tensile force. In the change mechanism 5, an outer holder 53 as a support member is arranged in a first position in which the outer holder is pressed toward the outside of the wire 33 in the restriction state, and the outer holder 53 is arranged in a second position in which the outer holder is drawn further inside than the first position in the release state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
