PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member which is improved in workability of water sticking to a stuck body such as a window pane and further capable of presenting a high glass scattering prevention performance over long-time use.SOLUTION: An optical member comprises: an optical layer consisting of a first optical layer including a surface in an uneven shape, a reflection layer disposed on the surface in the uneven shape of the first optical layer and a second optical layer disposed on the reflection layer; a first transparent substrate disposed in the optical layer at a side of the first optical layer; and a second transparent substrate disposed in the optical layer at a side of the second optical layer. The reflection layer reflects near infrared light, and the first and second transparent substrates consist of the same material. Total thickness is equal to or less than 125 μm, a breaking strength is equal to or more than 100 N, and both a breaking extension before a weather resistance test and a breaking extension after the weather resistance test are equal to or more than 60%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
