PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar or concrete curing agent which suppresses abrupt drying of mortar or concrete occurring during a coagulation process and does not impair appearance of a mortar or concrete cured body, regardless of the time and method of use of the curing agent,.SOLUTION: The mortar or concrete curing agent including an oil-in-water type emulsion is provided in which the oil-in-water type emulsion includes as an oil component: (A) one or two or more selected from among C12-30 higher alcohols, C12-30 higher aliphatic acids, and C12-30 higher aliphatic acid amides; and (B) an ester and/or an alkylene oxide adduct thereof, the ester being of a C12-24 saturated or unsaturated aliphatic acid and a C8-30 monohydric alcohol or a C2-30 polyhydric alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】使用時期や使用方法によらず、凝結過程で起こる急激な乾燥を抑制し、かつ、硬化体の外観を損なわないモルタル又はコンクリート用養生剤を提供すること。【解決手段】水中油型エマルションを含むモルタル又はコンクリート用養生剤であって、前記水中油型エマルションが、油性成分として、（Ａ）炭素数１２〜３０の高級アルコール、炭素数１２〜３０の高級脂肪酸及び炭素数１２〜３０の高級脂肪酸アミドから選ばれる１種又は２種以上と、（Ｂ）炭素数１２〜２４の飽和又は不飽和脂肪酸と、炭素数８〜３０の一価アルコール又は炭素数２〜３０の多価アルコールとのエステル及び／又はそのアルキレンオキサイド付加物とを含むことを特徴とする、モルタル又はコンクリート用養生剤。【選択図】 なし
