PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separate a liquid adhered to an object to be treated.SOLUTION: A liquid draining device is provide that comprises: a cylindrical basket 1 having a charging part 4 for an object to be treated at the one cylinder-direction axial end and a discharge part 5 for the object to be treated at the other cylinder-direction axial end; a through-hole 6a provided in a wall surface around a cylinder axis of the basket 1 and connecting the spaces between the inside and the outside of the basket 1; rotary devices 11 and 12 for rotating the basket 1 around the cylinder axis; and a partition plate 2 rising in the inner diameter direction from the wall surface of the basket 1 to the cylinder axis and partitioning the space of the basket into a plurality of treatment chambers. The cylindrical basket 1 further comprises a truncated cone-shaped wall surface expanding from one cylinder axis-direction end to the other cylinder axis-direction end. The liquid draining device further comprises a feeding device 20 for feeding an object to be treated in the treatment chamber to another treatment chamber adjacent to the cylinder axis-direction other end, and a pressurizing device 30 for bringing the object to be treated into close contact with the wall surface of the treatment chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
