PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting edge structure that enables repair work to be easily executed on the occurrence of damage to the cutting edge structure and the like, a cutting edge piece, and a cutting edge repair method.SOLUTION: A cutting edge structure 20, which is provided along an outer periphery of a lower end of a caisson skeleton 10, comprises a cutting edge body 21 constructed of concrete, which is provided integrally with a bottom slab 12 of the caisson skeleton 10 and protruded downward from an outer peripheral edge of the bottom slab 12, and a cutting edge piece 22 which covers an entire perimeter of at least a tip 21a of the cutting edge body 21 and which is split into a plurality of parts in a circumferential direction.
