WATERPROOFING METHOD USING AIR INTAKE PERMEABLE SHEET AND WATERPROOF UNDERLAYER STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing method that offers excellent cushioning and waterproofing properties and an effective countermeasure against damage caused by aqueous vapor and others emitted from substrate concrete, a member used with the waterproofing method, and a total waterproof layer realized by the waterproofing method.SOLUTION: In a waterproofing method, a waterproof underlayer structure 41 is laid after covering a top part of a joint 12 of substrate concrete 11 with a cover tape 21, the waterproof underlayer structure having a waterproof underlayer 42 of a layer thickness between 0.1 mm and 5 mm formed beforehand on an air-permeable base material layer 44, and a top layer waterproof coating material is applied thereon. The waterproofing method further includes steps for forming a gap in a part of the cover tape 21, laying an air-intake permeable sheet on the portion with the gap, and then laying the waterproof underlayer structure 41. Also provided is a repair method using the waterproofing method, an air intake permeable sheet 31 used with the waterproofing method, and a coated total waterproof layer 52 realized by the waterproofing method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
