PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution enabling an exterior wall panel to move in an in-plane direction at a time of earthquake and absorb seismic energy, while suppressing warping of the exterior wall panel.SOLUTION: A fastening metal fitting 7 is for fastening an exterior wall panel 5 to a stud 4 of a building unit 1, the exterior wall panel having a frame 51 extending in a lengthwise direction at an edge in a width direction and being installed in a plurality between the edges that face each other leaving a prescribed interval. The fastening metal fitting 7 includes a fastening body 71, and a pair of support parts 72. The fastening body 71 includes a fixing part 73 extending in the lengthwise direction and having a long hole 75 formed thereon for inserting a screw 12, and a pair of side wall parts 74. The support part 72 includes a first support arm 76 extending in the width direction, and a second support arm 77 extending in the lengthwise direction and inserted into an insertion part 51b of the frame 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
