REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR DISASTER PREVENTION FACILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system for a disaster prevention facility that enables the disaster prevention facility to be used by a remote operation, even when an administrator who manages a key for using the disaster prevention facility does not go to the disaster prevention facility.SOLUTION: A remote control system for a disaster prevention facility includes a key box 10 installed at a disaster prevention facility 1 and an administrative server 30. The key box 10 includes a body part 11 that houses an exclusive key K for using the disaster prevention facility 1, and an electric lock 12 for locking/unlocking the body part 11. The body part 11 houses a communication controller 13 that communicates with the administrative server 30 and controls locking/unlocking of the electric lock 12. When having accepted an unlocking request from a user terminal UT of an administrator of the disaster prevention facility 1, the administrative server 30 transmits an unlocking command to the communication controller 13 in the key box 10. When having received the unlocking command transmitted by the administrative server 30, the communication controller 13 housed in the key box 10 unlocks the electric lock 12 in the key box 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防災施設を利用する鍵を管理している管理者が防災施設に行かなくても、遠隔地から防災施設を利用するできる状態にする防災施設遠隔管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】防災施設１に設置されたキーボックス１０と、管理サーバ３０とを備えた防災施設遠隔管理システムであって、キーボックス１０は、防災施設１を利用するための専用鍵Ｋを収容する本体部１１と、本体部１１を施解錠する電気錠１２とを有し、本体部１１には、管理サーバ３０との間で通信を行うと共に電気錠１２の施解錠を制御する通信制御装置１３が収容され、管理サーバ３０は、防災施設１の管理者のユーザ端末ＵＴからの鍵解錠要求を受け付けると、キーボックス１０の通信制御装置１３に鍵解錠指令を送信し、キーボックス１０に収容された通信制御装置１３は、管理サーバ３０から送信された鍵解錠指令を受信すると、キーボックス１０の電気錠１２を解錠する。【選択図】図１
