PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slag water-granulation device in which slag falling into the water-granulation trough is prevented by simple means and the steam explosion during water-granulation is greatly suppressed.SOLUTION: Provided is a slag water-granulation device including a water-granulation nozzle and a high-pressure nozzle between a molten slag discharge trough and a water-granulation trough and in which, characterized, the high-pressure nozzle is constituted by a box type nozzle which is wide in the width direction of the water-granulation trough and has a flat-shape, and the high-pressure nozzle constituted by the flat-shaped box type nozzle has a shape conforming to the bottom surface of the water-granulation trough.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 水砕樋内へのスラグ落下を簡易な手段で防止し、水砕時の水蒸気爆発を大幅に抑制するスラグ水砕装置の提供。【解決手段】 溶融スラグ排出樋と水砕樋との間に水砕ノズルと高圧ノズルを備えたスラグ水砕装置において、前記高圧ノズルを水砕樋の幅方向に幅広で偏平形状のボックス形ノズルで構成し、かつ、前記偏平形状のボックス形ノズルで構成する高圧ノズルは、水砕樋の底面に沿う形状となすことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
