JOINING STRUCTURE OF COLUMN AND BEAM OF STEEL FRAME STRUCTURE BUILDING
TECHNICAL PROBLEM: To provide a joining structure of a column and a beam of a steel frame structure building which is excellent in usability and economy at the storage and transportation of a steel frame in a production plant, and easy in construction in a construction site.SOLUTION: In a joining part between a hollow column 2 or a column 7a which is composed of a square lateral cross section and a beam 8, a base plate 9 is welded to a joining end of the column 2 or the column 7a, and a fixed bolt 11 is attached to the base plate 9 while making a screw part 13 direct to the outside. A cap 14 is crowned on a head 12 of the fixed bolt 11, sleeve pieces 15, 15a of the cap 14 are welded to the base plate 9, and the fixed bolt 11 is fixed to the base plate 9. After that, the screw part 13 of the fixed bolt 11 is inserted into a flange-side bolt hole 19 formed at a flange 8a of the beam 8, a washer 18 and a nut 16 are fastened from the beam 8 side, and the column 2 or the column 7a and the beam 8 are welded to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【技術課題】鉄骨の生産工場での保管及び運搬時での利便性及び経済性と施工現場での施工がしやすい鉄骨構造建築物における柱と梁との接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】横断面四角形から成る中空の柱2もしくは柱7aと梁8との接合部において、前記柱2もしくは柱7aの接合端にベース板9を溶接し、このベース板9にネジ部13を外に向けて固定ボルト11を取り付ける。また、固定ボルト11の頭部12にはキャップ14を被冠し、このキャップ14の袖片15及び15aをベース板9に溶接して固定ボルト11をベース板9に固定する。その上で、梁8のフランジ8aに設けたフランジ側ボルト穴19に前記固定ボルト11のネジ部13を通し、梁8側からワッシャ18とナット16を締結して柱2もしくは柱7aと梁8とを接合する。【選択図】図7
