PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit capable of corresponding and driving without using a component with high guarantee temperature by improving heat resistance with respect to the driving circuit, in a vehicle door opening/closing device including a motor for generating power for opening/closing a vehicle door and the driving circuit for driving the motor.SOLUTION: A vehicle door opening/closing device includes: a rear gate motor 11 for generating power for performing opening/closing of a vehicle door provided at a vehicle; and a driving circuit 61 for driving the rear gate motor 11. It also has an opening/closing prohibition setting part which provides an opening/closing prohibition period of the vehicle door according to the temperature of the driving circuit 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
