PORTABLE MACHINE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable machine which moves in a direction approaching a vehicle or away from the vehicle, and a communication system for vehicle that can improve a radio communication distance to an on-vehicle machine and communication quality according to the moving direction of the portable machine.SOLUTION: A portable machine 2 comprises a transmission antenna for transmitting a signal to an on-vehicle machine which controls operations of pieces of electrical equipment and a reception antenna for receiving the signal transmitted from the on-vehicle machine. At least one of the transmission antenna and reception antenna is variable in directivity. The portable machine 2 further comprises an acceleration sensor 25 for detecting a moving direction of an own machine, and a control part 21 for directing, on the basis of a detection result of the acceleration sensor 25, the transmission antenna or reception antenna to the moving direction or anti-moving direction of the own machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
