PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and appropriately hand over unlocking means of a building mixedly including habitable rooms and rooms for stay, to a user of a room for stay.SOLUTION: A building includes: habitable rooms being habitable only for a residence contract period; and rooms for stay allowing a user to stay only a stay contract period shorter than the residence contract period; and electronic lock installed at an entrance part of the building. The electronic lock is unlocked by an unlocking form according to a type of a room used by a user. A user management system introduced in the building: acquires first information relating to a user of a room for stay coming to the entrance part; stores second information pre-registered about the user of the room for stay; refers to the first information and the second information to determine whether or not to permit the user of the room for state to progress to a main building part of the building; and when it is determined to permit the user of the room for stay to progress to the main building part, performs processing to hand over the unlocking means for unlocking the electronic lock by the unlocking form according to the room for the stay, to the user of the room for stay.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】居住用部屋と滞在用部屋とが混在する建物の開錠手段を、滞在用部屋の利用者にスムーズ且つ適切に渡す。【解決手段】建物は、居住契約期間だけ居住可能な居住用部屋と、居住契約期間よりも短い滞在契約期間だけ滞在可能な滞在用部屋と、建物のエントランス部に設置された電子錠とを有する。電子錠は、利用者が利用する部屋の種類に応じた開錠形式にて開錠される。建物に導入された利用者管理システムは、エントランス部に来た滞在用部屋の利用者に関する第一情報を取得し、滞在用部屋の利用者に関して予め登録された第二情報を記憶し、第一情報と第二情報とを参照して滞在用部屋の利用者が建物の本館部へ進むのを許可するか否かを判定し、滞在用部屋の利用者が本館部へ進むのを許可すると判定したとき、滞在用部屋に応じた開錠形式にて電子錠を開錠する開錠手段を滞在用部屋の利用者に渡すための処理を実行する。【選択図】図10
