PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a housing material having light weight and excellent in molding property and the housing material.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a housing material having a first step for curing a material for core layer containing a hydraulic material, a silicic acid-containing article and aluminum powder, forming air bubbles by reacting an aluminum powder and incompletely curing the hydraulic material and the silicic acid-containing article to form a foamable core layer matte 1, a second step for scattering a material for surface layer containing the hydraulic material and the silicic acid-containing article to form a non-foamable surface layer matte 2, a third step for mounting the foamable core layer matte 1 on the non-foamable surface layer matte 2 to form a laminate matte 10 having the non-foamable surface layer matte 2 and the foamable core layer matte 1 and a fourth step for pressing and curing the laminate matte.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量で造形性に優れた建材の製造方法、及び建材の提供。【解決手段】水硬性材料、ケイ酸含有物、およびアルミ粉末を含む芯層用材料を養生することにより、アルミ粉末を反応させて気泡を形成するとともに、水硬性材料とケイ酸含有物を未完全硬化させて発泡性芯層マット1を形成する第一のステップと、水硬性材料、ケイ酸含有物を含む表層用材料を散布して無発泡性表層マット2を形成する第二のステップと、無発泡性表層マット2の上に、発泡性芯層マット1を積載し、無発泡性表層マット2と発泡性芯層マット1を有する積層マット10を形成する第三のステップと、積層マットをプレスし、養生する第四のステップとを備える建材の製造方法。【選択図】図1
