PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank capable of preventing plastic deformation of a stiffener of side plate and a construction method of the tank.SOLUTION: An LNG tank has a side wall constituted of plural outer tank side plates 3 which are disposed on the surface of a concrete inner wall. The outer tank side plate 3 is configured to have one or plural stiffeners 110 which are embedded in the concrete, and at least one of the stiffeners 110 extend intermittently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】側板のスティフナーの塑性変形を抑制できるタンク及びタンクの構築方法の提供。【解決手段】コンクリートの内壁面に複数の外槽側板３が配列されてなる側壁を有するＬＮＧタンクであって、外槽側板３は、コンクリートに埋設される一又は複数のスティフナー１１０を有し、スティフナー１１０の少なくとも一つは、断続的に延在している、という構成を採用する。【選択図】図２
