RE-PEELABLE TYPE FLOOR ADHESIVE SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-peelable type floor adhesive sheet in which a second flooring material hardly peels from a first flooring material since the second flooring material has excellent adhesive power to the first flooring material, and nonetheless the second flooring material exhibits good re-peelability when it is renewed, and which therefore achieves improved efficiency of replacing work of the second flooring material.SOLUTION: A re-peelable type floor adhesive sheet 10 comprises: a first flooring material 21 provided on the surface of a floor surface 13; a second flooring material 22 provided on the surface side of the first flooring material 21; a sheet-like base material layer 11 interposed between the first flooring material 21 and the second flooring material 22; and an adhesion layer 12 formed on the rear surface of the sheet-like base material layer. The adhesion layer 12 includes 5 to 30 pts.mass of the acrylic resin emulsion and 0.01 to 0.2 pts.mass of the cellulose nanofiber with respect to 100 pts.mass of the natural rubber latex. The glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin emulsion is -70°C to -40°C, and the thickness of the adhesion layer is 50 to 150 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】第二床仕上材の第一床仕上材に対する密着力に優れることにより、第二床仕上材が第一床仕上材に対して剥がれ難いとともに、第二床仕上材の更新の際の再剥離性が良好であり、第二床仕上材の取替え作業性を向上する。【解決手段】床用再剥離型密着シート10は、床面13の表面に設けられた第一床仕上材21と、この第一床仕上材21の表面側に設けられた第二床仕上材22との間に介在する、シート状基材層11の裏面側に密着層12が形成されてなる。密着層12は、天然ゴムラテックス100質量部に対して、アクリル樹脂エマルジョンを5〜30質量部と、セルロースナノファイバーを0.01〜0.2質量部とを含む。また、アクリル樹脂エマルジョンのガラス転移温度は−70℃〜−40℃であり、密着層の厚さは50〜150μmである。【選択図】図3
