PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building board and a construction structure of the building board that do not give heterogeneity to viewers even if seams are sealed.SOLUTION: On a surface 1a of an outer wall material 1, a plurality of projections 9 extending in the right-left direction are provided so as to be aligned in the vertical direction. The projections 9 are constituted of a plurality of strip-shaped projections 13 aligned in the right-left direction. The plurality of projections 13 are constituted of a parallel projection 15 having a parallel surface 15a whose surface is parallel to the right-left direction and an inclined projection 17 having an inclined surface 17a whose surface is inclined in the right-left direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
