JIG FOR POSITIONING DOOR AND DOOR DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for positioning a door and a door device which can easily set a position of a hinge in the door side.SOLUTION: A jig 7 for positioning a door according to the present invention comprises: a shielding part 33 in the width face side for shielding a shaft 17 of a hinge 11 in the frame side, being mounted to the hinge 11 in the frame side mounted to a frame 3, which can guide a hinge 13 in the door side mounted to a door 5 when the hinge 13 in the door side is inserted into the shaft 17 of the hinge 11 in the frame side and which is detachable after the hinge 13 in the door side is inserted into the shaft 17 of the hinge 11 in the frame side; a guide surface 35 in the width face side mounted above the shielding part 33 in the width face side for guiding movement in the direction of depth of the hinge 13 in the door side; a guide surface 37 in the width face side continuing to the guide surface 35 in the width face side and being located in the inner side in the direction of depth than the shielding part 33 in the width face for guiding movement in the direction of depth of the hinge 13 in the door side; and a corner part 39 in the guide surface located in the corner part formed by the guide surface 35 in the width face side and the guide surface 37 in the width face side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】扉側丁番の建て込み位置を容易に探ることができる扉建込治具及び扉装置の提供をする。【解決手段】本発明にかかる扉建込治具７は、枠３に取り付けた枠側丁番１１に取り付け、扉５に取り付けた扉側丁番１３を枠側丁番１１の軸１７に挿入する際に、扉側丁番１３をガイドすると共に扉側丁番１３を枠側丁番１１の軸１７に挿入した後に取り外し自在なものであり、枠側丁番１１の軸１７を遮蔽する見付面側遮蔽部３３と、見付面側遮蔽部３３よりも上方に設けて扉側丁番１３の見込方向の移動を案内する見込面側ガイド面３５と、見込面側ガイド面３５と連続して且つ見付面側遮蔽部３３より見込方向奥側に位置して、扉側丁番１３の見付方向の移動を案内する見付面側ガイド面３７と、見込面側ガイド面３５と見付面側ガイド面３７とが成すコーナー部に位置するガイド面コーナー部３９とを有している。【選択図】図１
