METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRECAST SEGMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a precast segment using a match casting method which can suppress manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A method is configured by comprising the steps of: previously manufacturing a precast half-finished member (101) formed by a web (11) and a lower floor slab (113) integrated with each other; arranging the precast half-finished member between an end frame (41) and the already produced precast segment so that a clearance (L) is formed between a lower floor slab of the precast half-finished member and the lower floor slab (13) of the already produced precast segment (1); and placing concrete inside a frame (42) for an upper floor slab assembled at a predetermined location surrounding an upper end part (11d) of the web of the precast half-finished member to manufacture the upper floor slab integrally molded with the precast half-finished member, as well as placing high strength mortar (M) in said clearance to be integrated into the lower floor slab of the already produced precast segment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】製造コストを抑制することができるマッチキャスト方式のプレキャストセグメントの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ウェブ(11)及び下床版(113)を互いに一体化させたプレキャスト半製品部材(101)を予め製作するステップと、プレキャスト半製品部材を、その下床版と既製造プレキャストセグメント(1)の下床版(13)との間に隙間(L)が形成されるように、妻型枠(41)と既製造プレキャストセグメントとの間に配置するステップと、プレキャスト半製品部材のウェブの上端部(11d)を取り囲む所定位置に組み立てた上床版用型枠(42)の内部にコンクリートを打設してプレキャスト半製品部材に一体化された上床版を製作すると共に、前記隙間に高強度モルタル(M)を打設して既製造プレキャストセグメントの下床版に一体化させるステップとを含む構成とする。【選択図】図10
