PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve corrosion resistance while preventing hydration reaction of metal Al-containing powder from occurring, with a simple method, in an aqueous fire-proof mortar containing the metal Al-containing powder.SOLUTION: An aqueous fire-proof mortar comprises, in external addition to a fire-proof material: 0.1-10 mass% of a metal Al-containing powder; and 0.01-2 mass% of at least one of boric acid, borate, and carboxylic acid. The at least one of boric acid, borate, and carboxylic acid forms a protective colloid around the metal Al-containing powder, thereby preventing hydration reaction of the metal Al-containing powder from occurring.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】金属Ａｌ含有粉末を配合した水系耐火目地モルタルにおいて、簡単な手法で金属Ａｌ含有粉末の水和反応を抑制しつつ、耐食性を向上させる。【解決手段】耐火材料に対して外掛けで、金属Ａｌ含有粉末を０．１〜１０質量％、ホウ酸、ホウ酸塩及びカルボン酸の少なくとも１つを０．０１〜２質量％配合した。ホウ酸、ホウ酸塩及びカルボン酸の少なくとも１つが金属Ａｌ含有粉末の周りに保護コロイドを形成し、金属Ａｌ含有粉末の水和反応を抑制する。【選択図】なし
