PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film being sheet-removable to facilitate removal work, and unlikely to separate if used for a long period of time on an underwater structure.SOLUTION: A coating film includes an undercoat layer bonded onto an underwater structure and an antifouling layer bonded onto the undercoat layer. In the coating film, a release degree with 100 g underwater constant load is less than 5(mm/20 mm), and a ratio of tensile breaking strength (N/20 mm) after immersed in pure water at 60°C for 5 weeks is 1.5 or more with regard to an adhesive force (N/20 mm) to the underwater structure. The antifouling layer has a 1 mm square cross-cut drawing release degree of 0.05 or less to the undercoat layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明の目的は、シート剥離可能で、除去作業を容易にすると共に、水中構造物において長時間使用しても剥離しにくい塗膜を提供することにある。【解決手段】水中構造物に接着する下塗層と、下塗層に接着する防汚層とを備え、100グラム水中定荷重剥離度が、5(mm/20mm)未満であり、60℃の純水に5週間浸漬した後における引張破断強度(N/20mm)の、水中構造物との接着力(N/20mm)に対する比率が、1.5以上であり、防汚層の下塗層に対する1mm四方クロスカット延伸剥離度が、0.05以下であることを特徴とする塗膜を提供する。【選択図】図1
