VEHICLE WINDOWPANE LIFTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle windowpane lifting device that is capable of suppressing an increase in manufacturing cost without impairing external appearance.SOLUTION: The device includes a driving unit 4 generating a driving force for raising and lowering a windowpane 3, a control unit 5 controlling the driving unit 4, a light source 8 emitting invisible light to a detection line 6 formed along at least a part of a windowpane frame part 22, and a camera 7 having a lens 71 on which invisible light is incident that is reflected by the detection line 6 after emitted from the light source 8. The control unit 5 has an entrapment prevention unit 52 causing the driving unit 4 to perform an entrapment prevention operation for preventing an entrapment by the windowpane 3 based on an image captured by the camera 7, the light source 8 and the camera 7 are disposed at an end portion of a door 2 in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and the light source 8 distributes the light in an uneven manner to the detection line 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
