FIXTURE FOR FLOOR MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a floor material improving work efficiency in fixing the floor material to a joist without any co-rotating member when a bolt or a nut is turned to fix the floor material to the joist.SOLUTION: A fixture is configured to fix a floor material 1 and a joist by making the longitudinal direction of the floor material 1 and the longitudinal direction of the joist orthogonal, wherein the floor material 1 has an upper surface portion, two downwardly extending portion 1B extending downward from both edges of the upper surface portion in a width direction, and two lips 1C projecting inside in the width direction from a bottom edge of the downwardly extending portion 1B, and the joist has a flat plate 4 on which the lips 1C are placed. An upper member 21 is provided with a lower surface projecting strip 25 which is a floor material side abutting portion abutting on a tip surface 1D of the lip 1C, and a lower member 31 is provided with an upper surface projecting strip 33 which is a joist side abutting portion abutting on a side end surface 3D of the flat plate 4, wherein the lip 1C and the flat plate 4 are clamped by the upper member 21 and the lower member 31 with bolts 41 and nuts 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】床材を根太に固定するためにボルト又はナットを回転させても、共回りする部材がなく、床材の根太への固定作業を作業効率を向上させて行えるようになる床材の固定具を提供すること。【解決手段】上面部と、上面部の幅方向両端から下方向へ延出した２個の下方向延出部１Ｂと、下方向延出部１Ｂの下端から幅方向内側へ突出した２個のリップ部１Ｃとを有する床材１を、リップ部１Ｃが載せられる平板部４を有する根太に、床材１の長さ方向と根太の長さ方向とを直交させて固定するための固定具であり、上部材２１には、リップ部１Ｃの先端面１Ｄに当接する床材側当接部である下面突条部２５が設けられ、下部材３１には、平板部４の側端面３Ｄに当接する根太側当接部である上面突条部３３が設けられ、ボルト４１とナット４２により、上部材２１と下部材３１とでリップ部１Ｃと平板部４とを挟着する。【選択図】図８
