ARITHMETIC PROCESSING DEVICE, SHAPE MEASUREMENT DEVICE, ARITHMETIC PROCESSING METHOD, AND SHAPE MEASUREMENT METHOD AND PROGRAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a more accurate restoration parameter in an easier method.SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing device according to the present invention comprises: a calibration processing part which calibrates, based upon a light cutting image on a measured plane of a measured body and a shape profile generated by a displacement sensor, a conversion parameter to be used in projection conversion on a light cutting line extracted from the light cutting image; and a shape calculation part which calculates a surface shape of the measured body using the calibrated conversion parameter and the light cutting line extracted from the light cutting image. The calibration processing part calibrates the conversion parameter based upon congruence conditions, which include, as parameters, a length of a segment on the shape profile, coordinates of a calibration object point on the light cutting line, and a focal length of a camera used to generate the light cutting image, and are also represented by a polynomial having, as coefficients, sums as many as segments.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】より正確な復元パラメータをより簡便な方法で特定すること。【解決手段】本発明の演算処理装置は、被測定物の被測定面における光切断像と、変位センサにより生成された形状プロフィールとに基づき、光切断像から抽出される光切断線を射影変換する際に用いられる変換パラメータを校正する校正処理部と、校正された変換パラメータと、光切断像から抽出される光切断線とを用いて被測定物の表面形状を算出する形状算出部とを備える。校正処理部は、合同条件に基づいて変換パラメータを校正し、かかる合同条件は、形状プロフィール上の線分の長さ、光切断線上の校正対象点の座標、及び、光切断像の生成に用いられたカメラの焦点距離をパラメータとして含み、かつ、線分の本数分の総和を係数に有する多項式で表される。【選択図】図5
