COKE OVEN AND REPAIRING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke oven and a repairing method thereof for reducing downtime.SOLUTION: This invention comprises: a manufacturing site setting step S1 for setting a manufacturing site A2 near by a constructing site A1; a new furnace body prefabricating step S2 for prefabricating a plurality of parts of a new furnace body, hereinafter called furnace body blocks, at the manufacturing site A2; a route arranging step S3 for arranging a route A3 from the manufacturing site A2 to the constructing site A1; an old furnace body removing step S4 for removing an old furnace body of the existing coke oven except a foundation thereof at the constructing site A1; a furnace body block carrying step S5 for carrying the furnace body blocks to the constructing site A1 through the route A3; and a furnace body block placing step S6 for fixing the furnace body blocks on the foundation of the removed furnace and uniting the adjacent furnace body blocks. During operation of the existing coke oven in a step S0, the new furnace body prefabricating step S2 is carried out and the furnace body block is formed by laying furnace bricks on a sheet of steel which is also set into the new furnace body as a part of the furnace body block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】稼働停止期間を短縮できるコークス炉およびその改修方法を提供する。【解決手段】設置現場A1の周辺に作業現場A2を設置する作業現場設置工程S1と、作業現場A2で、新炉体を複数の炉体ブロックに分けて製造する新炉体製造工程S2と、作業現場A2から設置現場A1に至る搬送経路A3を設置する搬送経路設置工程S3と、設置現場A1で、旧炉体を炉体基礎から撤去する旧炉体撤去工程S4と、炉体ブロックを搬送経路A3により設置現場A1まで搬送する炉体ブロック搬送工程S5と、設置現場A1で、炉体基礎に炉体ブロックを固定し、隣接する炉体ブロックどうしを連結する炉体ブロック設置工程S6と、を有し、旧炉体稼働S0中に新炉体製造工程S2を開始するとともに、炉体ブロックは、鋼製ベースの上に炉体煉瓦を積んで構成され、鋼製ベースは、前記炉体ブロックの一部として新炉体に組み込まれる。【選択図】図3
