MANAGEMENT METHOD ON EMBANKMENT FILLING HEIGHT PER DAY ON SOFT GROUND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method to determine any area without failures where an embankment filling height per day is lower than or equal to a management reference value as well as to economize measurement performance and measurement work for an embankment filling on a soft ground using a slow filling construction method.SOLUTION: A management method comprises a first process including measuring position coordinates of a tamping machine during operation using GNSS, performing a management on a tamping on embankment filling using a tamping management system to control tamping numbers on the embankment based on a measured data of the position coordinates, and acquiring a log file with a construction date, and a working time and position coordinates (x, y, z) of a tamping machine from a measured record, a second process including arbitrarily dividing an embankment area to a plurality of blocks in a plane and calculating a mean value of embankment filling height per day on each of mean values on the plurality of blocks based on data of the log file, a third process including determining on each of the plurality of the blocks whether the embankment filling height per day is lower than or equal to a management reference value, and a fourth process including visually displaying on each of the plurality of the blocks whether the embankment filling height per day is lower than or equal to the management reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】緩速載荷工法による軟弱地盤上での盛土施工において、測量及び計測作業を省力化するとともに、盛土速度が管理基準値以下である領域を間違いなく判別できるようにする。【解決手段】GNSSを用い、作業中の締固め機械の位置座標を施工と同時に計測し、この計測データに基づき盛土の締固め回数を管理する盛土の締固め管理システムによって盛土の締固め管理を行うとともに、その測定記録から施工日、締固め機械の作業中の時刻及びその位置座標(x、y、z)を記録したログファイルを取得する第1手順と、盛土範囲を平面的に任意にブロック割りし、前記ログファイルのデータに基づき、各ブロック割り毎に盛土速度の平均値を算出する第2手順と、各ブロック割り毎に、盛土速度の平均値が管理基準値以下であるかどうかを判別する第3手順と、各ブロック割り毎に、盛土速度の平均値が管理基準値以下であるかどうかを視覚的に表示する第4手順とからなる。【選択図】図5
