PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epitaph in which strip shaped slates on which posthumous Buddhist names etc. are carved can be smoothly inserted into or extracted from the epitaph body .SOLUTION: An epitaph has a structure in which strip shaped slates are inserted into the epitaph body from oblique lower, and the slate to be inserted has smooth structure without projecting parts on the surface. In the epitaph of this invention, inserting, extracting or changing an order of the slates are carried out smoothly, with no possibility of the slates getting out of place or breakdown of the epitaph body in cases of earthquakes etc. as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 戒名等を彫り込む短冊状の石板を、墓誌本体にスムーズに嵌め込んだりはずしたりできる墓誌を提供すること。【解決手段】 短冊状の石板を斜め下から墓誌本体に嵌め込む構造としつつ、嵌め込む石板表面を飛び出た部分のない滑らかな構造とした墓誌。本発明の墓誌では、石板を嵌め込んだり、取り外したり、その順序を変えたりすることがスムーズにできる上に、地震などの際、石板がはずれたり、墓誌本体が分解したりする可能性が無い。【選択図】 図１
