PORTABLE ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION HEATER FOR WATERPROOF SHEET CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electromagnetic induction heater which can perform waterproof sheet construction conveniently in a comfortable work posture.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic induction heater (A) is connected to an electromagnetic induction heating device (T) via a cable (C2) of a required length, and a surface adhesive layer (29) of a conductive disk plate (30) preliminarily attached to a waterproof construction surface (M) is melted by electromagnetic induction heating action from above a waterproof sheet (28) stretched in a coated state, and the waterproof sheet is bonded and integrated to the conductive disk plate. An activation operating rod (22) of a power supply switch (12) upwardly installed from a body (10) containing an electromagnetic induction heating coil of the electromagnetic induction heater is supported by a handle rod (25) erecting from the body to a height (H2) that an operator can operate with his/her hand in a standing position, so that it can be raised and lowered so that the activation operating rod of the power supply switch can be pushed down by a fingertip of one hand of the operator holding an upper end portion (25a) of the handle rod.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】防水シートの施工を安楽な作業姿勢での便利良く行える携帯式の電磁誘導加熱器を提供する。【解決手段】所要長さのケーブル（Ｃ２）を介して電磁誘導加熱装置（Ｔ）に接続使用され、防水施工面（Ｍ）に予じめ取り付け固定された導電性ディスク板（３０）の表面接着剤層（２９）を、これへの被覆状態に張設された防水シート（２８）の上方から、電磁誘導加熱作用により溶融させて、その導電性ディスク板へ防水シートを接着一体化するための電磁誘導加熱器（Ａ）であって、その電磁誘導加熱器の電磁誘導加熱コイルを内蔵した器体（１０）から上向く設置状態にある給電スイッチ（１２）の起動操作杆（２２）を、その器体から作業者が立った姿勢のままで手先操作できる高さ（Ｈ２）まで背高く垂設した把手杆（２５）へ、昇降自在に支持させて、作業者がその把手杆の上端部（２５ａ）を握り持った片手の指先により、上記給電スイッチの起動操作杆を押し下げることができるように定めた。【選択図】図１０
