BASE ISOLATION STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF ADJUSTING INCLINATION OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems associated with the conventional base isolation devices: in which the constriction cost is high because special materials are used; they are difficult to be used for general houses; and only insufficient consideration is given for a method of restoration when the whole building is inclined due to a step and the like occurring in a site, in the event of a natural disaster such as ground subsidence.SOLUTION: A base isolation structure has such a separation structure that building side is formed into a slip part and a ground side is formed into a fixed part. A metal frame is fastened to and integrated with a lower part of a building foundation in the slip part, and a metal member for slip and a metal member for height adjustment are mounted on the lower part of the metal frame at a position corresponding to each column portion on the foundation. A stopper for horizontal and vertical swing range regulation and a metal sole plate are mounted on the fixed part. Due to a slip effect generated between the slip part and the fixed part, resonance of the ground and the building is avoided and swing and inclination of the building are reduced, if the building is inclined, a height adjustment bolt is vertically moved, a laminated metal plate is increasingly or decreasingly adjusted and inserted into a gap generated in the lower part of the metal frame of the slip part, and thereby the inclination of the building can be restored to a normal position, and the base isolation structure can be easily used by general available materials and construction methods.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 従来の免震装置は特殊材料を用い施工コストが高くつき、一般住宅に利 用しにくい難点が有り、地盤沈下等自然災害で生じる敷地の段差等により建物全体が傾いた場 合の復元方法の配慮が不充分だった。【解決手段】本発明は建物側をスベリ部とし地盤側を固定部とする分離構造にする。スベリ部には建物土台の下部に金属枠組みを締結して一体化し土台上の各柱部に相当する位置の金属枠組下部にスベリ用と高さ調整用の金属部材を取り付ける。一方固定部には縦横の揺れ範囲規制用のストッパーと金属敷板を取り付ける。スベリ部と固定部の合間に生じるスベリ効果で地盤と建物の共振を避け建物の揺れと傾きを低減させ、万一建物が傾いた場合は高さ調整ボルトを上下移動させスベリ部の金属枠組下部に生じた隙間に積層金属板を増減調整して挿入する事で建物の傾きを正常位置に復元可能で、一般的に普及している材料と施工方法で容易に利用できる免震構造である。【選択図】 図2
