BRAILLE RIVET AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braille rivet and construction method of the same capable of suppressing dislodging of the braille rivet from a mounting face.SOLUTION: A braille rivet 1 comprises a rivet body 10 protruding from a mounting face (a surface 50A of a flooring material 50), and a leg 20 extending downward from the rivet body 10. The leg 20 consists of a spiral groove part 22 formed on an outer peripheral surface 20A, and a polygonal hole 23 formed on an apical surface 20B. Further, a braille rivet 1 construction method for mounting the braille rivet 1 to the mounting face is comprised of: a hole forming process for forming a first hole 51H for inserting the leg 20 into the mounting face; a coating process including a first process for providing an adhesive pool by injecting an adhesive agent 30 from the first hole 51H, and a second process for applying the adhesive agent 30 in the hole 23 of the braille rivet 1; and a mounting process for inserting the leg 20 of the braille rivet 1 into the first hole 51H, and attaching an apical surface 21A of the leg 20 to the adhesive pool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】取付面から脱落してしまうのを抑えることができる点字鋲およびその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】点字鋲１は、取付面（床材５０の表面５０Ａ）から突出する鋲本体１０と、鋲本体１０から下方に延出する脚部２０とを有し、脚部２０は、外周面２０Ａに形成された螺旋状の溝部２２と、先端面２０Ｂに形成された多角形状の穴部２３とを有する。また、点字鋲１の施工方法は、点字鋲１を取付面に取り付ける方法であって、取付面に脚部２０を差し込むための第１の穴５１Ｈを形成する穴形成工程と、第１の穴５１Ｈから接着剤３０を注入して接着剤溜まりを設ける第１工程、および、点字鋲１の穴部２３内に接着剤３０を塗布する第２工程を含む塗布工程と、点字鋲１の脚部２０を第１の穴５１Ｈに差し込んで脚部２０の先端部２１Ａを接着剤溜まりにつける取付工程とを有する。【選択図】図２
