SENSOR CORD MOUNTING BRACKET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor cord mounting bracket capable of facilitating a wiring work of a sensor cord which is connected to a detection sensor mounted outside a cover covering a controller by penetrating the cover, without the sensor cord being damaged from contact with an upper portion and a lower portion of a toothed belt (timing belt).SOLUTION: A sensor cord mounting bracket comprising: a support member made of a belt-like flat plate formed in an L-shape and fixed on a base member; and a protective member mounted on the support member for storing and protecting a sensor cord. The support member is mounted on the base member, and a part of the protective member is inserted between an upper portion and a lower portion of a timing belt orthogonally to the timing belt not to allow the sensor cord to contact the timing belt so as to protect the sensor cord.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】コントローラ部を覆うカバーの外部に取り付けられる検出センサにカバーを貫通して接続するセンサコードの配線作業を容易にし、センサコードが歯付ベルト（タイミングベルト）の上側部分と下側部分とに接触して破損することのないセンサコード取付金具を提供する。【解決手段】帯状の平板でＬ字状に形成されベース部材に固定してなる支持部材と、支持部材に取り付けられセンサコードを収納し保護する保護部材とからなるセンサコード取付金具の支持部材がベース部材に取り付けられ、保護部材の部分がタイミングベルトの上側部分と下側部分との間にタイミングベルトと直交するように挿入されセンサコードがタイミングベルトに接触しないようにしてセンサコードを保護する。【選択図】図６
