METHOD FOR PRODUCING CONDUCTIVE MAYENITE COMPOUND AND SINTERED COMPACT OF CONDUCTIVE MAYENITE COMPOUND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a conductive mayenite compound capable of obtaining a sintered compact having a relatively flat surface.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a conductive mayenite compound which comprises: (1) a step S110 of preparing a calcined powder containing calcium oxide and aluminum oxide in a ratio of 13:6 to 11:8 (in terms of the molar ratio converted into CaO/AlO); and (2) a step S120 of holding an object to be processed containing the calcined powder within a range of 1220°C to 1380°C under a reduced atmosphere containing at least one of a Ti member and a Ca source in a state pressurized under a pressure of 1 kg/cmto 200 kg/cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】比較的平坦な表面を有する焼結体を得ることが可能な、導電性マイエナイト化合物の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】(1)酸化カルシウムと酸化アルミニウムとを、13:6〜11:8(CaO:Al2O3に換算したモル比)の割合で含む仮焼粉を準備する工程S110と、(2)前記仮焼粉を含む被処理体を、1kg/cm2〜200kg/cm2の範囲の圧力で加圧した状態で、Ti部材およびCa源の少なくとも一つを含む還元性雰囲気下で、1220℃〜1380℃の範囲に保持する工程S120と、を有する、導電性マイエナイト化合物の製造方法。【選択図】図1
