CROSS-POLE TYPE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND CROSS-POLE WOODEN STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a wooden structure, in which undried wood is mainly used, to consolidate with dry wood by using deformation of the wood caused by a natural drying process of undried wood without requiring adhesive or fitting, for promoting the use of thinned wood of cedar and cypress, and contributing to the revitalization of declining forests and forestry.SOLUTION: The method of the invention adopts means consisting of: an undried wood processing step A for sawing as undried wood accompanied by deformation and shrinkage without drying; a dry wood processing step B for obtaining dry wood having a high dimensional precision which is difficult to be deformed through a usual sawing process; an assembling step C of guiding one or more pieces of dry wood by passing through connecting holes of a plurality of pieces of undried wood in a direction substantially perpendicular to the fiber and combining it with the undried wood; and a consolidation step E in which the undried wood and the dried wood are consolidated together with the elapse of time by utilizing the tightening effect caused by deformation associated with drying of undried wood.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】未乾燥木材を主として使用し、未乾燥木材が自然に乾燥する過程における変形から乾燥木材と固結させ、接着剤や金物等を必要とせず、杉や桧の間伐材の利用を促進し、衰退している山林及び林業の活性化に資することができる木造構造物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】乾燥せずに変形や収縮を伴う未乾燥木材として製材する未乾燥木材加工工程Aと、通常行われる製材工程を経て、変形しにくく寸法精度の高い乾燥木材を得る乾燥木材加工工程Bと、少なくとも1以上の乾燥木材を複数の未乾燥木材の連結穴部に繊維が略直交方向に挿通して案内するとともに、未乾燥木材と組み合わせる組立て工程Cと、未乾燥木材の乾燥に伴う変形によって生ずる締まり羽目効果を利用して未乾燥木材と乾燥木材とが時間の経過とともに固結して一体化されていく固結工程Eとから成る手段を採用する。【選択図】図1
