PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a directional fracturing method and a fracturing equipment.SOLUTION: A fracturing method of the invention with a free-face and guide holes formed on faces other than the free-face to fracture an object comprises: a groove forming process for forming a pair of oriented grooves substantially parallel to both of free-face continuous directions to an edge of the guide holes; and an expansion process for fracturing an object by expanding the guide hole in both of orthogonal directions to a free-face continuous direction. A fracturing equipment of the invention configured to insert a tip thereof to the guide hole formed in the object and to expand the tip to fracture the object, comprises a plurality of liners of which a cross section increases toward the tip, a wedge of which the cross section decreases toward the tip, and a press-in mechanism that can press the wedge between the plurality of liners, wherein each of outside surfaces of the plurality of liners is provided with a protrusion extending along a longitudinal direction of the liner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】指向性を備えた破砕が可能な破砕方法および破砕装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の破砕方法は、自由面と、自由面以外の面に形成した導入孔と、を備えた対象物を破砕する破砕方法であって、導入孔の縁部へ自由面の連続方向と実質的に平行する両方向に一対の指向溝を形成する、溝形成工程と、導入孔を自由面の連続方向と直交する両方向へ拡開して対象物を破砕する、拡開工程と、を備えることを特徴とする。また、本発明の破砕装置は、対象物に設けた導入孔に先端を挿入し、これを拡開して対象物を破砕する破砕装置であって、先端に向かって断面積が大きくなる複数のライナーと、先端に向かって断面積が小さくなるウェッジと、複数のライナーの間にウェッジを圧入可能な圧入機構と、を備え、複数のライナーの外面には、ライナーの長手方向に沿って延在する突起部を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
