POOL ATTACHED WITH RUST INHIBITOR ADHESIVE SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem on appearance quality deterioration by rust caused by a local corrosion at a boundary between a partially painted end of course lines, etc., a painted end with a partially peeled-off portion or a partially cracking portion in a whole paint, and a floor plate or a side plate with an exposed stainless steel base on a stainless non-painted pool.SOLUTION: A patten of a marking for swimming indicated at a bottom and a side of an aquarium pool forming a pool or a patten indicated at a pool side is formed by a rust inhibitor adhesive sheet. Said rust inhibitor adhesive sheet is configured by laminating a colored or non-colored synthetic resin base material layer and an adhesive layer. Also, the synthetic resin base layer includes a base material formed by using any one of vinyl chloride resin, an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, a silicone rubber, and a foamed rubber. Furthermore, said adhesive layer includes one of acrylic, urethane and silicone type as a main material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ステンレス無塗装プールにおけるコースライン等の部分塗層端部、全面塗装の部分剥離による塗装端部や塗装のひび割れ部とステンレス素地が露出する床板又は側板との境界部における局部腐食に起因する錆による外観品質の劣化を解消する。【解決手段】プールを形成するプール水槽の底面及び側面に表示されている水泳の目印となる意匠又はプールサイドに表示されている意匠が、錆抑制粘着シートで形成されている。ここで前記錆抑制粘着シートが着色又は無着色の合成樹脂基材層と粘着剤層とを積層して構成されていることを特徴とする。又、合成樹脂基材層として、塩化ビニル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、シリコーンゴム、発泡ゴムのいずれか一から形成される基材を有することを特徴とする。更に前記粘着剤層が、アクリル系、ウレタン系、シリコーン系のいずれか一を主原料として有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
