PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain blowing method and a rain blowing apparatus which can effectively blow rain to the outside of a predetermined region for suppressing dropping of the rain to the predetermined region, and are economical.SOLUTION: A rain blowing method includes installing a plurality of blowers 1,1... at an upper position of a region X to which the rain is not allowed to drop so that a blowing direction 1F faces upward, making wind blown from the plurality of blowers collide against raindrops to blow the raindrops to the outside of the region X to which the raindrops are not allowed to drop. A rain blowing apparatus includes the plurality of blowers 1,1... at an upper position of the region X to which the rain is not allowed to drop so that the blowing direction 1F faces upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
