EXPANSION ANCHOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion anchor device for preventing loosening of an anchor bolt fastened to an anchor nut by oscillation and preventing falling off of the bolt from the anchor nut.SOLUTION: An expansion anchor has a coil spring having a coil part 51 fitted into a male thread groove 41 of an anchor bolt 4, a spring storage chamber 24 which can store the coil spring and is positioned at a tip part 2b of the anchor nut 2 rather than a female thread groove 23, and a tip 54 which is formed by opening a vertical groove 25 in a peripheral wall 24b of the spring storage chamber 24, where the coil spring extends along a tangent line from the outer periphery of one end 52 or the other end 53 of the coil part 51 and is bent so as to be parallel to an axial line of the coil part 51; and inserts the tip 54 into the vertical groove 25 and regulates movement in a circumferential direction of the coil part 51 in the spring storage chamber 24, and can move the coil part in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】振動などでアンカーナットに締結されたアンカーボルトが緩み、このボルトがアンカーナットから脱落することを防止するための拡張アンカー装置を提供する。【解決手段】アンカーボルト4の雄ネジ溝41に嵌り込むコイル部51を有するコイルバネと、コイルバネを収容可能とし、雌ネジ溝23よりアンカーナット2の先端部2bに位置するバネ収納室24と、バネ収納室24の周壁24bに縦溝25を開口してなり、コイルバネは前記コイル部51の一端部52または他端部53の外周より接線上に沿い延出し、コイル部51の軸線に対し平行になるよう屈曲してなる先端54を有し、先端54を前記縦溝25に挿入し、コイル部51をバネ収納室24内で、円周方向の移動を規制するとともに、軸方向に移動可能にする。【選択図】図2
