PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a rigid polyurethane foam capable of easily dealing with change of ambient temperature and safely producing a foam excellent in quality stability in foaming-in-place.SOLUTION: A rigid polyurethane foam is produced in foaming-in-place by mixing a solution A containing a polyisocyanate compound, a solution B containing a polyol compound, a foaming agent, and an amine catalyst, and a solution C containing an organometallic catalyst having foaming ability. The solution A is added after the solution B and the solution C are mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】現場発泡において、気温の変化に容易に対応することができ、かつ、品質安定性に優れた発泡体を安全に得ることができる硬質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリイソシアネート化合物を含むＡ液と、ポリオール化合物、発泡剤及びアミン触媒を含むＢ液と、泡化能を有する有機金属触媒を含むＣ液とを混合して、現場発泡により硬質ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法であって、Ｂ液とＣ液とを混合した後、Ａ液を混合する工程を有する、硬質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。【選択図】なし
