STEPLADDER MONITORING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepladder monitoring device capable of preventing stumbling or falling of an operator during use of a stepladder and effectively alerting or calling attention of the operator by capturing a sign leading to the fall of the stepladder.SOLUTION: This stepladder monitoring device has: an angle measurement unit 101 that measures the inclined angle of an installed stepladder; a data storage unit 105 that stores an inclined angle threshold; an angle comparison unit 102 that compares the inclined angle measured by the angle measurement unit 101 with the inclined angle threshold stored in the sata storage unit 105 and transmits a signal when the inclined angle exceeds the inclined angle threshold; and an acoustic warning unit 106 that receives the signal and gives a warning through a sound or a warning sound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】脚立の転倒に繋がる予兆を捉えることにより脚立の使用中における転倒や作業者の転落を防止するとともに、作業者への警告や注意喚起を効果的に行うことの可能な脚立監視装置を提供する。【解決手段】設置された脚立の傾斜角度を計測する角度計測部１０１と、傾斜角度閾値を保存するデータ記憶部１０５と、角度計測部１０１で計測した傾斜角度とデータ記憶部１０５に保存された傾斜角度閾値とを比較し、傾斜角度が傾斜角度閾値を超過した場合に信号を発信する角度比較部１０２と、信号を受信して音声又は警告音により警告する音響警告部１０６とを有する。【選択図】図１
