DRAIN PIPING USING EXISTING PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drain piping using an existing pipe capable of attaining the life-prolongation by preventing dissimilar metal contact corrosion.SOLUTION: The damage of a cast iron flexible joint 4 due to the dissimilar metal contact corrosion is prevented by inserting an annular first insulation packing 50 between an upper end flange part 20 of a stainless steel sleeve 2 and an abutting face 41 provided at the deep end of a downward receptacle 40 of the cast iron flexible joint 4 to thereby avoid the contact of an upper face of the flange part 20 with the abutting face 41. Also, the damage of the cast iron flexible joint 4 due to the dissimilar metal contact corrosion is prevented by providing an annular second insulation packing 51 covering an outer periphery of the flange part 20 to thereby avoid the contact of the outer peripheral face of the flange part 20 with an inner peripheral face of the downward receptacle 40. Furthermore, a third insulation packing 53 insulating dissimilar metals is inserted in a fastening mechanism 45 to prevent the damage of the fastening mechanism 45 and the cast iron flexible joint 4 due to the dissimilar metal contact corrosion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】異種金属接触腐食の防止により、延命が達成される既設管を活用した排水配管の提供付箋を提供する。【解決手段】ステンレス製スリーブ2の上端フランジ部20と、鋳鉄製可撓継手4の下向き受け口40の奥端に設けた突き合わせ面41と、の間に、環状の第1絶縁パッキン50を介装して、フランジ部20の上面と突き合わせ面41との接触を避けることで、異種金属接触腐食による鋳鉄製可撓継手4の損傷を防止する。また、フランジ部20の外周を被覆する環状の第2絶縁パッキン51を設けて、フランジ部20の外周面と下向き受け口40の内周面との接触を避けることで、異種金属接触腐食による鋳鉄製可撓継手4の損傷を防止する。さらに、締結機構45に異種金属間を絶縁する第3絶縁パッキン53を介装して、異種金属接触腐食による締結機構45および鋳鉄製可撓継手4の損傷を防止する。【選択図】図1
