HYDROPOWER GENERATION SYSTEM, HYDROPOWER GENERATION METHOD, AND HYDROPOWER GENERATION PROGRAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydropower generation system that controls a rotation speed of a turbine in which output power becomes optimum by detecting a change in amount of water without measuring the amount of water.SOLUTION: A hydropower generation system 1 for generating power by rotating a water wheel 12 with running water flowing through a closed pipe waterway 13 includes a water pressure sensor 15 for detecting a water level change of a source 10 or a water pressure change due to intake from an intake port 11, an opening degree command control unit that adjusts and controls an opening degree of a guide vane 14 of the water wheel 12 according to the detected change in intake water, and a rotation speed command control unit for controlling a rotation speed of the water wheel 12 according to the adjusted opening degree. During a process in which the rotation speed command control unit controls the rotation speed, the opening degree command control unit outputs a command for holding the adjusted opening degree, and, when processing for controlling the rotation speed is completed, outputs a command to release holding of the opening degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
