AIR PURIFICATION TYPE HIGH RISE COLLECTIVE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purification type high rise collective building that supplies purified air to the room of the building partition constituting the high rise collective building and also provides a comfortable living environment for the user by preventing contaminated outside air from flowing into the room.SOLUTION: The building main body 1 is formed with a plurality of building sections 2 partitioning the room 12 in the inside thereof. An outside air purification chamber 13 having enhanced airtightness is formed under the floor part 5 of the room 12 formed inside the building partition 2 and communicates with the room 12 via the vent hole 14. An outside air introduction device 16 for introducing outside air is installed in the device storage room 15, and in the bathroom 10, a bathroom heating dryer 19 for 24 hours ventilation is installed, and the pressure difference of room 12 and the outdoor are air purification room>room>outdoor. Inside the outside air purification chamber 13, a plurality of microporous adsorbent 20 which clean contacted contaminated outside air are arranged in a deployed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高層集合建屋を構成する建屋区画部の部屋に浄化空気を供給すると共に、汚染した外気が部屋内に流入するのを防止することで使用者に快適な居住環境を提供する空気浄化式高層集合建屋を提供する。【解決手段】建屋本体１は内部に部屋１２を区画する建屋区画部２を多数階に形成したものからなる。建屋区画部２内に形成した部屋１２の床部５下には気密性を高めた外気浄化室１３が形成してあり、通気孔１４を介して部屋１２と連通している。機器格納室１５には外気を導入する外気導入装置１６が設置してあり、また浴室１０には２４時間換気を行う浴室暖房乾燥機１９が設置してあり、部屋１２と屋外とは外気浄化室＞部屋＞屋外の圧力差となるようにしてある。また、外気浄化室１３内には汚染した外気が接触することで浄化される複数の微多孔吸着体２０が展開した状態で配設してある。【選択図】図１
