FAR-INFRARED REFLECTING SUBSTRATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a far-infrared reflecting substrate excellent in corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: The far-infrared reflecting substrate is configured to have a metal layer [C] and a silicon-containing layer [D] between a base material [A] and a protective layer [B] and satisfies the following (1)-(4): (1) the metal layer [C] contains 50 mass% or more of silver based on the whole metal layer [C]; (2) the silicon-containing layer [D] is in direct contact with the metal layer [C]; (3) the silicon-containing layer [D] contains 40 atom% or more of silicon based on the whole silicon-containing layer [D]; and (4) the far-infrared reflectance is 60% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐腐食性に優れた遠赤外線反射基板を提供する。【解決手段】基材[A]と保護層[B]の間に、金属層[C]、及び珪素含有層[D]を有する構成を持つ以下(1)〜(4)を満足する遠赤外線反射基板。(1)金属層[C]が、金属層[C]全体に対し銀を50質量%以上含有する。(2)珪素含有層[D]が、金属層[C]と直接接する。(3)珪素含有層[D]が、珪素含有層[D]全体に対し珪素を40原子数%以上含有する。(4)遠赤外線反射率が60%以上である。【選択図】図1
