SLAT WITH SOLAR-CELL MODULE, SOLAR-CELL SLAT, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SLAT WITH SOLAR-CELL MODULE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SOLAR-CELL SLAT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slat with a solar-cell module which makes to increase productivity and reduce production costs.SOLUTION: A slat with a solar-cell module comprises: a photo-electrode being consisted of a plurality of dye-adsorbed band-shaped semiconductor layers where a transparent conductive film is formed on a surface of a first base member, and which are made to extend in a longitudinal direction X1 on a surface of the transparent conductive film; a counter electrode where a counter electrode film is formed so as to oppose to the photo-electrode; electrolyte sealed between the semiconductor layer of the photo-electrode and the counter electrode; a sealing member which seals the electrolyte, and arrays a plurality of cells C divided into a width direction X2; and a conducting member which is provided in a state covered by the seal member, and connects the photo-electrode to the counter electrode electrically. The plurality of cells C arrayed in the width direction X2 construct an electric circuit connected electrically by series wiring, and a film-type dye-sensitization solar-cell 10 where the electric circuit is constructed is pasted on a surface of a substrate 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】太陽電池モジュールを備えたスラットの製造効率を向上させることで、製造コストの低減を図ることができる。【解決手段】第一基材の表面に透明導電膜が成膜され、透明導電膜の表面に長手方向X1に延在する色素が吸着した帯状の半導体層が複数形成された光電極と、光電極に対向するように対向導電膜が成膜された対向電極と、光電極の半導体層と対向電極との間に封止された電解液と、電解液を封止するとともに、幅方向X2に分割された複数のセルCを配列する封止材と、封止材に覆われた状態で設けられ、光電極と対向電極とを電気的に接続する導通材と、を備え、幅方向X2に配列される複数のセルCが直列配線により電気的に接続された電気回路を構築し、電気回路が構築されたフィルム型の色素増感太陽電池10が基板22の表面に貼り付けられた構成の太陽電池モジュール付きスラットを提供する。【選択図】図2
