WOODEN BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden building which facilitates visual check of a state of a load bearing wall and can be constructed more inexpensively than a conventional one while securing measures for preventing rainwater from entering the inside and a strength of the building.SOLUTION: A wooden building 1 constructed according to a wooden framework wall construction method includes: a wall frame set 41 formed of wood; a structural plywood 42 for a wall having a vertical edge portion joined to the wall frame set 41 with joint devices N aligned in a vertical direction and constituting a load bearing wall 40; a vertical batten 46 fixed to an outdoor side of the structural plywood 42 for the wall at a position across a vertical edge portion of the adjacent structural plywood 42 for the wall; and a waterproof member 47 interposed between the structural plywood 42 for the wall and the vertical batten 46 and extending along the vertical edge portion. The structural plywood 42 for the wall and the vertical batten 46 are exposed to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】耐力壁の状態の目視確認が容易であると共に、屋内への雨水の侵入防止対策および建築物の強度の確保がされた上で従来よりも安価に建築可能な木造建築物を提供する。【解決手段】木材で形成される壁枠組41と、鉛直方向に並んだ接合具Nによって壁枠組41に接合される縦縁部分を有し、耐力壁40を構成する壁用構造用合板42と、隣接する壁用構造用合板42の縦縁部分にまたがる位置で壁用構造用合板42の屋外側に固定される縦あて木46と、壁用構造用合板42と縦あて木46との間に介在して縦縁部分に沿って延びる防水部材47とを備え、壁用構造用合板42および縦あて木46が屋外に露出している木造枠組壁工法で建築された木造建築物1とする。【選択図】図2
