PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch lock device with a cap which is less likely to cause a half-engaged state of a latch bolt and eliminates accidental unlocking due to a vibration or the like.SOLUTION: In a closed state of a door, when a latch bolt 7 is engaged with a receiving fitting and a tip of a control plate 8 is abutted to the receiving fitting in a retracted position, a lock pin 5 is pushed in by closing of a cover plate and dropped into a recess 15 of the latch bolt 7 to restrain the latch bolt 7 in a locked position. Further, the cover plate is locked on a fixed frame plate in a closed position so that the lock pin 5 is restrained in the lock position and thus the door is prevented from opening by an unintentional retraction of the latch bolt 7 due to an impact or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】ラッチボルトの半掛り状態が発生し難いと共に、振動等による偶発的な解錠がないキャップ付きのラッチ錠装置を提供する。【解決手段】閉扉状態でラッチボルト7が受け金具に係合し、制御板8の先端が受け金具に当接して後退位置にある場合に、ふた板を閉じることによって、ロックピン5が押し込まれ、ラッチボルト7の凹部15へ落ち込んでラッチボルト7を錠止位置に拘束する。さらに、ふた板は閉鎖位置で固定枠板に錠止されるので、ロックピン5はロック位置に拘束され、ラッチボルト7が衝撃等で意図せずに後退して扉が開かない構成とした。【選択図】図7
