RENOVATED SASH AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING RENOVATED SASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a new frame without interfering with a rain shutter door, a lattice or the like installed outside an existing frame.SOLUTION: A renovated sash 1 comprises an upper frame attachment 20 mounted on an existing upper frame 7 fixed in an opening of a building, and a new upper frame 15 connected to the upper frame attachment 20 and fixed inside an existing frame. The upper frame attachment is formed of a first component 31 and a second component 32. The first component 31 is fixed on an existing inner guide rail 7d and the second component 32 is fixed on an existing outer guide rail 7c of the existing upper frame 7, and the first component 31 and the second component 32 are connected. An upper frame positioning block 34 is fixed on an outdoor side of the existing outer guide rail 7c, and the new upper frame 15 is inserted from the outdoor side and positioned by abutting a positioning part 15b to a positioning surface 34a. The new upper frame 15 fixes a base part 15a on the second component 32 by a spacer 36, and an outdoor side end 15c to be the outdoor side end is provided in a position flush with an existing screen door guide rail to be the outdoor side end of the existing upper frame 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】既設枠の外側に設置した雨戸や格子等に干渉しないように新設枠を設置できる。【解決手段】改装サッシ１は、建物の開口部に固定した既設上枠７に取り付けた上枠アタッチメント２０と、上枠アタッチメント２０に連結されていて既設枠の内側に固定された新設上枠１５とを設けた。上枠アタッチメントは第１部材３１と第２部材３２からなる。既設上枠７の既設内ガイドレール７ｄに第１部材３１を固定し、既設外ガイドレール７ｃに第２部材３２を固定し、第１部材３１と第２部材３２を連結した。既設外ガイドレール７ｃの屋外側に上枠位置決めブロック３４を固定し、新設上枠１５を屋外側から挿入して位置決め面３４ａに位置決め部１５ｂを当接させて位置決めした。新設上枠１５はスペーサ３６を介して第２部材３２に基部１５ａを固定し、屋外側端部となる屋外側端部１５ｃは既設上枠７の屋外側端部となる既設網戸ガイドレールと面一になる位置に設けた。【選択図】図４
