FLOOR MATERIAL ADHESIVE METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material adhesive method in which a joint gap of a joint line portion decreases compared to prior art, by making adhesives penetrate also into a gap generated at a joint line between flooring materials without directly applying adhesive to a tongue.SOLUTION: A floor material adhesive method is the method of bonding adjacent floor materials to a top face of lower layer materials while abutting the floor materials to each other, and is provided with an adhesive application step and a floor materials installation step. In the adhesive application step, an adhesive is applied to the application area defined along a joint boundary for the top face of the lower layer materials. In the floor materials installation step, a floor material of a convex fitting part and a floor material of a concave fitting part are adjacently placed on the adhesive-applied lower layer materials to bond each other by fitting the convex fitting part and the concave fitting part. In addition, when adjacent floor materials are bonded to each other in the floor materials installation step, the adhesive applied to the top face of lower layer materials is made to penetrate into the gap generated between the convex fitting part and the concave fitting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、すなわち実に直接接着剤を塗布することなく、フローリング材同士の継ぎ目に生ずる隙間にも接着剤を侵入させることで、継ぎ目部の目隙を従来技術より防止することができる、床材接着方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の床材接着方法は、隣接する床材同士を突き合わせながら下層材の上面に接着する方法であり、接着剤塗布工程と、床材設置工程を備えた方法である。接着剤塗布工程では、下層材上面のうち接合境界に沿って設定される塗布領域に接着剤を塗布し、床材設置工程では、接着剤が塗布された下層材上に凸形嵌合部の床材と凹形嵌合部の床材を隣接配置し、凸形嵌合部と凹形嵌合部を嵌合することで床材同士を接合する。そして床材設置工程で隣接する床材を接合する際、凸形嵌合部と凹形嵌合部の間に生じた空隙に、下層材上面に塗布された接着剤を侵入させる。【選択図】図７
